What payment options are there?

We accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, postal money orders, and credit cards (through PayPal via the button below).

After we receive an order, we will submit an estimate to the customer. Upon approval of the estimate, we will generate an invoice. Depending on the order and the customer requirements, we may require a small deposit in order to proceed, with the rest due prior to delivery unless credit has previously been established.

What kinds of engraving are available?

Laser, diamond, sandblasting. embossing/hot-stamping.

Can we handle logos?

Yes. We can handle both outline and full version logos.

What is Diamond Drag engraving?

This means that engraving is done with a diamond point stylus which engraves directly into metal and glass. The diamond tip actually drags into the metal or glass.

What is laser engraving?

A beam of light passes through a precious gem (ruby or sapphire) which increases its power and is focussed by mirrors to a point on the surface of the target material. Laser engraving can be used on metal, glass, plastic and wood. It is not as deep as Diamond Drag engraving.

What is Sublimation?

Sublimation involves taking a piece of artwork, picture, drawing, newspaper or other article, reversing the image and transferring by heating to another medium such as a shirt, cardboard, specially treated wood and metal or plastic so the image appears correctly facing toward the consumer.

What are Hot Stamping/Embossing?

In this process, color foils or dies are used to impress by heat and pressure an image (such as logos or other artwork) onto leather, vinyl and certain plastics.

What is Blind Mount Engraving?

A laser is used to engrave into leather only. Whatever the color of the leather, that is usually the color that appears unless the leather has been treated. Vinyl cannot be done by this method.
